Shilajit Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana (peeled and frozen)
- Peanut/almond butter (2 tablespoons)
- Cacao powder (2 tablespoons)
- 500 mg shilajit1/3 cup water
To roll
- 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Then serve when ready.
