Shilajit Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 banana (peeled and frozen)
  • Peanut/almond butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Cacao powder (2 tablespoons)
  • 500 mg shilajit1/3 cup water
To roll
  • 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds⁣
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder⁣
Instructions
  1. Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Then serve when ready.
